Those are RHD 105 gear box and pitman arm? I'm on the hunt if anyone has a lead. Already asked Dave.

1996 JDM HDJ81 1HD-FT When the directions say apply 5V, what is the power source? Is this a multi-meter function that I’m unaware of? The FSM makes the battery look like a 9Volt. Best I’ve come up with so far is to build some resistors to put on a 5V but i hope the solution is simpler than that.

What kind of battery or tool does one use to apply 5V? Is a this a multi meter function?

The The shop that rebuilt my pump sourced the necessary rebuild parts for the pump. Same for injectors.

Seem really elementary like I’m missing something obvious but I cant find documentation anywhere on which valves are intake and which ones are exhaust. The FSM sheet above is what i’m working with I’ve been digging for an hour online. What am i missing?

See o-ring in pic here. Headed to Napa to see if i can source from shelf. Can’t find it mentioned anywhere.

Parts diargram doesn’t show an 0-ring where i circled in red on the parts diagram but my injectors have a small o-ring there. Anyone have any ideas on the part number for this o-ring?
