Thank you to all for your responses. I just double checked the fuses again this eve and they are all good. I did notice that once I turn on the headlights, the 15A fuse for the tail lights heats up and blows. Would this be due to a broken/damaged wire with the casing missing coming in contact...

Speaking of blower motor. My scroll cage works great however there is no cover and all the air is coming out down around the feet of the passenger. Please see the attached photo. Can someone tell me if there should be a cover which is missing? If so, will this solve my defrost and heat...

There is no short length cable between the VSS. The brass fitting mounted directly to the transfer case and I am guessing the vibration over time. If I could find the fitting with the small ring which swivels inside the brass nut I would most likely be fine.

I don't think the VSS is bad as the vehicle is having no driving issues. My biggest issue is that the brass fitting on the VSS has broken and will not allow the chuck to come in contact with the gear. The brass fitting on the VSS is fixed and will not come off. The small ring spun freely...
