Thanks for sharing. FWIW my wife's 2017 NX300H has same issue, no audio. I also suspect the head unit need or amp needs replacement, which is sounding like a pricey fix. I wonder if this issue is common in Lexus and Toyota's.

I ordered and tried this Bluetooth aux adaptor, did not work. It paired to my daughter's iphone 12, but when I push the HDD/Aux button, again the vehicle's screen/unit kept playing only tracks of HDD. Aux wouldn't show up no matter how many times I pushed "HDD/Aux"

Hard disk drive. I have a 2009 LX and it has a built in hard drive to allow one to save music. Not sure if the LC has it as well? I bought the LX a few years ago used, and prior owner has a few song tracks and albums saved on the HDD.
