I ended up replacing the Throttle Body with a new OEM unit and fixed the problem. First I took it to an independent shop and they couldn’t pin point the issue either. Then bought a used throttle body off a local guy parting out a land cruiser. That unit fixed the fast idle issue but...

Still haven't figured out my starting problem. Haven't broken down and taken it to a repair shop yet. Gonna try posting a video of my issue and see if that helps any of you with my diagnosis....

Voltage reads across battery terminals is 12.75 volts and voltage reads positive battery terminal to body ground next to battery at 14 volts. Should that lead me anywhere?

Thanks @flintknapper Battery terminals are clean and tight. When I get home from work I‘ll look at ground’s and fuses.

It’s sunny and 75F OAT in Trinidad today. Temp seems to fluctuate between 188F and has gotten as high as 197F. 188F downhill on highway and 197F after uphill in town. Seems to spend most time around 193F. Will have to try to figure that out next. I can’t figure out how to get the ST and LT...
