    1FZ trans swaps 6R80 10R80 and more

Very late to the party, but why not machine a relief on the transmission side of adapter to depth of the adjacent socket head cap screw, and put a stud in the starter, and use a nut on the stud?

Sub Harness for 98 LC Locking Rear Diff into 99 LX w/AHC

I’m going to swap in a factory locker into my 2000. Based on my research, it seems like all that is needed is the additional wires in the rear frame harness. Pre 2002 LXs seem to have all the wiring in the main chassis loom already as there is no specific w/ locking diff dash or chassis...

    Rusty lc100-

That truck isn’t worth the effort. The rust flaking here is likely everywhere. Missed SteveH’s post-beat me to it. But I have a truck from VA that’s way way cleaner than this.

Builds A pig for Father's Day

Just visible here, on the upside down evaporator: https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/post-pictures-of-factory-ac.1337630/post-15470151

The upper one is a bracket found on the firewall side of the factory air conditioning (Nippondenso) under dash evaporator. The other part is an air deflector inside the evaporator.

    Wanted 1974 FJ55 Reverse light

This may not apply to OP request, but early FJ55 reverse lights available from Toyota brand new. Entire assemblies are less than $30 per side. 81670-60030. Later ones are admittedly a different story.

    Stock A/C

Keep n mind the FJ55 AND FJ60 A/C compressors use a different crank pulley. Third groove, closest to timing cover. You will have to sort out radiator hose routing to clear belt with either setup.

That wouldn't be hard to patch with some fresh sheet metal.

Builds A pig for Father's Day

The bottom line wont need a hole. the copper line(OEM) (or hose if you opt) should route through the opening below the headlight IIRC. The upper hose would *roughly* be about where the huge notch is up top, but it does NOT need to be a half circle. I think I was at about 1-1/8" - 1-1/4" OD...

Builds A pig for Father's Day

Re: height- you’ll be focused on the condenser inlet-the fitting at the top of the condensor. As I recall the height is driven by the fact the hose and fitting coming off the condensor actually go into the core support. Likely you don’t have a hole there, but check upper RH side of core support...

A pic of the page of the 1977 Toyota Air Conditioner parts book. No brackets or the curved shroud things shown. And where did you find the NOS condensor?
