They took it apart to check the new seals they installed. the oil leak was so bad that it destroyed the rubber bushings on the steering...

    Carb gas leak

    I have a desmogged 1984 FJ60 with CityRacer carb. The carb has gas leaking on the outside. There's an oily gas buildup where the arrow is pointing to and gas around the base of the carb. Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

    Alternator is not covered in oil. The two bolts on the timing belt tensioner pin have oil dripping from them. Most of the oil build up is behind the tensioner pin. I cleaned everything up this morning the best I could. I'm going to keep an eye on it but I have a pretty good idea where its...
