    I have the same thing (but not quite as much volume). I'm assuming its the grease separating some as it sits but I'd like to know if others have any different theories.

    Replace with an Aisin (same as OEM) unit. Both City Racer and Cruiser outfitters can hook you up.

    That's exactly right. The more you ask for the higher the premium. I would imagine there is also a cap on what they will agree to. If you try to insure a Chevy S-10 for 100k they will I'm sure decline.

    I've got mine insured with Haggerty. I've never had to make a claim (knocks keyboard) so can't give an opinion on that front but otherwise they've been fine. Prices were very competitive (agreed value policy).

    OEM Roll bar bolt size into wheel well

    I believe the seatbelt bolts are 7/16 because of DOT rules. I think its the only non metric fastener on whole truck. I've read M11 bolts will work too as they are very very close.
