    New Podcast

Ill be there. This should be on the MUD calender tab, there's never enough on that calendar anyway and a lot of guys would love it if they joined in and added to the fun. Should be as easy as "create event." I would be willing to lobby the moderators for online events if they take it...

What have you done to your Land Cruiser this week?

Cold Results from 4 months ago. Swapped rocker assembly since then as well. Things look better (more consistent) than they did I think. Used a different Oreillys gauge, perhaps lowering numbers. Valves have been adjusted before all tests.

What have you done to your Land Cruiser this week?

Did a dry and wet compression test today. To see where I’m at and if I want to pour abrasives into my combustion chamber walls to seat rings. at 5800 in elevation. How do these numbers look to everyone? Hands covered in oil typing these out!

This is gold. Can you elaborate more on when the rings will no longer seat and none of this will work? I did the long pulls, my compression has steadily gone up. Rig is parked until I can reseal this header for the 4th time. Vacuum leak is an issue! Thanks for this old time advice and may it...

What about using the RTV tube styled stuff and outlining the perimeter of the intake and exhaust ports? Bad idea? Dan

    rocker assembly questions - 2F

Stock distributor, mattressking examined it, said it looked fine and was working. He helped with vac routing, vacuum is coming off of air cleaner right now. My massive intake leak is likely what’s causing issues. I think I’ll have better luck getting compression and rings where they need to be...

2 degrees BTDC not including 7 degrees vac advance) . I’m at 3000 feet. When I’m at elevation (5800 feet) I advance it to around 9 (not including 7 degrees vac advance)
