- I moved back to CA recently, and had to pass smog.
- The car failed the first test, due to lack of vacuum on the EGR unit.
- The hard vacuum lines to the EGR and vape can was totally...

I have an AirTag in my car, but this makes me want to install hidden disabler switch somewhere. I've pulled relays when I left it parked at the airport in the past.
It's probably "fine" in that it will still work and not leak, but if it was sold new, I would request them to properly ship you an un-damaged unit. Im not an expert though. I had a similar situation with a GX radiator, but it wasn't quite as bad so I just lived with it.

I changed out a non-OEM bosch starter motor with the OEM denso starter, and the problem completely went away. In my case, it seemed like a heat soak issue with the BOSCH starter, which would simply stop working if it got to hot. I have not...
Any 3FE auxiliary accessory block installations people recommend checking out? I'm looking to add some radios to my car, but am eventually interested in adding some extra lighting too.
