Could bad hub bearings or front axle cause hard shifting from reverse to drive? Or just general clunking noise when driving?

Im having a loud popping noise that sounds like its coming from my front suspension. Seems to be on both sides when im hitting an incline/decline at a certain angle. Ive replacing my sway bar links and bushing and lower control arm ball joints. In my opinion the uppers need to be replaced too...

I replaced the rear window regulator and motor and when I auto up the window, it goes all the way to the top and then comes back doen half way. Only happens when I use the auto feature. I searched for answers to this specific problem but couldn't find anything
