As Paul said. Only time I've seen it be problematic in the 200 section is rusty lines, otherwise bleeding to exchange fluid is similar to bleeding brakes.
Doubt you'd go for a rusty truck in the first place
Can't go wrong with a 200 and that 5.7
Depending on LC or LX will determine checking rust on kdss valve or AHC lines. Otherwise check for hairline crack on radiator and coolant valley leak
