I actually spoke to Noah and seems like a good dude. I am going to stop by his place some time and have him take a look but it sounds like he is looking for bigger projects/restoration projects. I should have specified in my post I’m looking more for general maintenance.

Anyone know of any garages in the San Diego area that will still work on old cruisers (71 with original engine)? Preferably north county. I’ve been striking out so far…

I tried to contact him a few days ago to get some maintenance work done on my 71 fj40 and he refused…guess he sold his 40 to a buddy too.

I haven't been to a meeting yet...got my 40 in March so COVID has kind of gotten in the way. But it sounds like a great cause and I would be willing to chip in $50 as well.
