I wondered about that and took it out to flex it out before fitting the skid plate. Hoping it would settle where it should be. Oh well, it’s cut now.

wow that is interesting we had to trim so differently. I had no issue at all in the locatios you did. How old are your slee skids? i wonder if they changed something. I bought mine in 21 or 22 right after I picked my 200 up.

So no go on the 62 and 91-92 80s huh? I think the thread pitch is slightly different in the 200 but it still fit in there and worked great. Oil change day on the cruisers at my house today.

I do wish this bolt were 1/4” shorter just so it didn’t possibly rub on the boot. Maybe that’s not a concern?

Finished up my KDSS Relocation. I went from rubbing to this much clearance on 34s. I ordered the max relocate kit. I have an arb front bumper. I had to trim the arb frame rail mount on the drivers side. No big deal.

If anyone is curious, @Outsane ‘s funnel works great for the 200 and FJ40 (which means 60 and 55 series as well).

Did you end up having to trim both sides of the slee skid where it turns upward near the sway bar? Just got my KDSS kit installed and found I can’t reinstall my slee skid plate. Did you have enough room beneath the skid for the sway bar? Looks...
