that's right, it's that time of the year again where i need to put some effort into making the event happen once again and i'm looking forward to it.


same time, same place. labor day weekend deer valley CA!


freebie raffle, cash raffle on sunday evening at 6.30pm and my daughter abby will have a snack shack where she'll be handing out refreshments. but i'm trying to keep that a secret from her so hush!


this is a family event so please do your best to make it a great event for everybody; keep your dogs on leashes if you do bring them and let's try to keep the music down a little after hours.

I'm in. might get lucky and get the engine stuff back from the machine shop in time to get a running 45 together, but in either case planning on making it this year.

will be driving the dodge and towing a trailer, so I can bat cleanup for folks in convoy from socal

hey peter.
there's a new invention called an "airplane" and to land them they have special fields called "airports". one of those fields, Sacramento International Airport, is less than an hour from my place. ;p
in other words, buy a ticket, fly your butt out here and we'll take you up to the event. that's a promise!

deer valley trail starts at blue lakes which is just west of the intersection of 88 and 89 coming from tahoe. so it's a hop skip and a jump from you.

I 'm all over it ths year, I even got Friday off to make it a 4 day weekend. Got some work done on the cruiser, 32's on the way, some new sliders, yep gonna be a lot better. Not gonna get stuck at 2am again this year trying to find the place.
