Off my old Land Cruiser, never abused, only a few easy pulls, 3/8" cable with hook in excellent condition
When new, serviced with Cat water-repellent grease after water-attracting lithium grease was cleaned out

Always garaged except when away from home
Includes 2 fairleads, the Smittybilt plus a Warn ($100 value in itself) fairlead used to mount it to my ARB bull bar, which comes predrilled for the Warn spacing
Controller included, but plug-in contactor box and power cables are not. If replacing another winch they may not be needed, otherwise easy to find online
Harbor Freight snatch block included along with mounting hardware and owner manual
(furniture dolly is not included)
