Looking for an 80 series Land Cruiser/LX450 (1995-1997). Triple locked is a plus, but not a requirement. This won't be my daily driver, so open to a fixer-upper. Budget is up to $15k. Local to the DC/VA/MD surrounding states is ideal, but willing to reasonably travel for the right deal. Thanks!
