A spanish guy has fitted a taken a Land Rover Defender 110 and put in Land Cruiser HDJ80 engine, axels and transmission.

The result is the cruisender:

I've seen it and it really impresive. Specially the interior. (It even has part of the HDJ80 dashboard).

I'm not up on my Portuguese, but the truck looks cool.
:meh:

Who makes the remote tire inflaters (I assume that's what they are) that he's running in this picture?

Is Portuguese, and that's a good way to make a LR become a great vehicle!:steer:

Now, the Indians and the Japanese should get together to prodcue this truck!

It's a 1HD-T engine with a front mounted intercooler .. nice upgrade to the LR but still a narrow cabin .. ( Like the outside looks .. but nothing else .. )

They use the manual H151 factory tranny and t-case .. but keep the LR control arms .. locked axles and was a full time 80 series ..

Use a few Rancho shocks and Ohlins shocks too ..
