My mom is in for a visit, so Esther and I took her to Red Lodge then over the Bear Tooth highway. It was alot less smokey than the Helena valley. Here's the rig at 10,000+'
and the elk at Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone

colors between Red Lodge and the lower section are nice, not much foliage up high.
