Steering wheel options for a 100

I recently purchased a 1999 LX470 for my wife. The interior is in great shape except for the top of the steering wheel which is tore.

I have searched and from what I can tell I can upgrade to a wood rimmed 2001-2002 wheel which will allow me to resue my airbag. The problem is that a cursorary search on car-part and ebay revealed that these are not exactly common.

My question for the brain trust is can I use another Lexus wheel on the truck. Will a RX300 wheel fit, how about a GX470 or a GS300? There are a ton of these wheels listed on ebay. Due to their abundance I can even get them complete with airbag for a reasonable price.

If I didn't want to go the wood route would a Seqouia or Tundra wheel fit? They look similar to the 1999 LX wheel. How about a 4Runner?

For some reason I haven't really been able to find a definitive answer.

Shane from this site sell steering wheels. I have not bought one yet but plan to one day. As I understand it, after you receive you new wheel you send him your old one.

Thanks for the link, I will think about that. I found another company that will convert an non wood wheel to the newer style for $500.00

I can get an entire RX wheel with an airbag for around $300. Same goes for a GS300.
