TRD Supercharger System suitable for
1998- 2002 Land Cruiser / LX470
2001 – 2002 Sequoia
2000 – 2002 Tundra

I purchased this kit used. I was told it was running when uninstalled and was used for 100k km. I have not installed the kit or seen it running myself. I have done my best to list what I have and do not have for an LC/LX install. Not having installed it, there may be bolts and odds and ends that you will have to find, but these should be standard parts.
I did spend several months amassing some hard-to-find missing items such as the pulley spacers etc.

This kit was installed on a Tundra, so some minor items are missing for an LC/LX install – I have listed them below based on my study of the instructions.

This is a 9th injector type supercharger from Magnussen (MP90), sold as a TRD kit.

I am not willing to sell individual parts.

I have pdfs of install manuals for the SC and the ECU, but not the ECU supplement specific to LC/LX. (See below).

Pics below.

Included:

Supercharger (upper and lower portions are currently separated for cleaning and inspection, use RTV to seal and bolt them back up).

TRD Piggyback ECU

Idler pulley bushing (step B43)

Idler puller (step B44)

Water inlet housing (step B45,B46)

TRD Thermostat and gasket (step B48)

Bypass actuator and bracket (step B52)

TRD fuel return line (step C22)

9th injector fuel delivery line (step C25)

TRD banjo bolt and gaskets (step C27)

TRD front fuel pipe (step C28)

Supercharger nose support bracket (step C33)

Throttle body bolt (2) (step C35)

TRD Idler pulley bracket (step C40)

Idler pulley spacer (step C41)

Will also be needed (assuming install on LC/LX):

½” x 17” rubber hose (step B40)

Hose clamps (step B40)

Toyota Sealant Part #08826-00100 (step B45)

Gaskets for water inlet housing (step B45,B46)

Relocation brackets and two 6 mm bolts for wire loom housing (step B51)

1/8” NPT x 4/8” barb fitting (step B58)

25.4mm/1” spacer for 8mm bolt (step B61)

Nylon wrap for heater hose (step B65)

#16 Adel clamp (step C14)

Drive belt (Tundra 2700mm, Sequoia & LC/LX 2630mm, 6 rib) (step C42)

Gates Racing K061037RPM

3/16” x 29” hose (step C49)

29” split nylon tube (step C49)

Brackets for wire loom housing on driver side (step C52)

Wire loom bracket (step C53)

7/32” x 8” bypass actuator hose (step C70)

3/16” x 13” hose (step C75)

Two aluminium spacers for passenger-side cam cover (step C83)

3 ¼” diameter hose and 3 ½” hose clamps (step C86)

ECU installation supplement (ECU B7)

I believe the supplement details where to tuck the ECU. Land Cruisers are horizontal and the TRD ECU’s go above. LX470 is vertical so tuck TRD ECU’s to the left.

8 lower temperature spark plugs

I have been told that different lower temperature spark plugs need to be installed too, but I do not see them mentioned in the instructions. From ‘MUD I have seen a recommendation to use these: Iridium BKR7EIX

I have other details and collected information as I researched the installation that I can provide too.

Pics of the kit for sale.
