any advice on wheel spacer thickness? Front wheels rubbing on springs when turning.
 
steering studs love them spacers, keep them tight. you can usually get away with 1/4 spacer under the rim, or there are many 1", 1.5" on the market, I personally would not go more than 1" or try the 1/4 plate behind wheel & adjusting steering stops.
