Well seeing as though i cannot find my original build thread i will need to start anew.
One year ago, give or take, i picked up this bj40 from the original owner with the intention of eventually restoring to completion. I told my wife It would be a two year project, here it is a year later and i am almost done. (At least thats what i keep saying to myself).

Okay, so then... On we go.
Long story short... Frame was scrapped. It was just easier and more cost effective to find a new and better frame.
Jump forward a few weeks later to this...
OME suspension on new frame with POR 15 coating.

Jump foreward to a few weeks later.
After rebuilding the heater box, new brake slave, clutch slave, on and on and on....

The bodywork is all mounted and checked... Prior to paint i decided to enjoy driving Ol' Finn for few months just to get a break from this...

Well... With spring came the winter "meltdown "..

And i was ready to take on the biggest job yet...
