February meeting 2/5 @ 6PM - Nomad Tavern (1 Viewer)

Hey all,

I stopped into Nomad Tavern located in Spring Branch to discuss having a meeting there. They're more than happy to have us, and can accommodate our trucks in their parking lot. A plus is that since they are a patio bar, we can have beers outside around our trucks. I figure this will give us ample time for Big Bend attendees to discuss any remaining logistical details before we all head out for the trip.

We had 5 members brave the cold and wet weather for the February meeting. The night was filled with great conversation and flowing beer! The folks at Nomad took care of us by offering hot dogs and even having us build our own bonfire.

The next meeting will be in April. We should have plenty of daytime light since DST will be in effect. I'm thinking a BBQ grill session should be in order for this group. I'll post up some details soon!
