Hi Dan!
I know this is an old thread but I just came across it. That estate sale was from the father of two good friends of mine, Tim and Sam Coolbaugh. I just spent a weekend at a big military swap meet and show outside of Lodi with Tim.

Here are some pix of WW2 era Dodge Command Cars, one of which is owned by Tim.
The round fendered one is a 1939, the one next to it is Tims 1940. They were parked in age order ending with the 3/4 ton version which I beleive was the last year made. All the others in the pix are 1/2 ton.
