Thanks for this write up, helped me allot. cut sealer from the door hinge with a putty knife. That helped a lot, but I also used a masking take around the hinges and marked the location of the hinges, X and Y locations, so to speak. I´l drop a few pics here.
Yes, agreed. The mechanical told me he had been with Toyota 4 years and this was the first 100 he had worked on. I could have done that bypass my self.
Took it to the Toyota dealer. took them 4 hours to trace it, but the ground wire was out. The patched it (Bridged) to the stearing column and all is well now.
Has anyone run into an issue LC100 2006 where the horn stops working, except if the steering wheel is move back and fourth telescopically it will kick back to life?
Hi everyone.
I have a strange door ajar issue in my 2006 LC 100. Then the car is switched off and the the key is out of the ignition, the door ajar light is normal, turns on and off as doors are opened and closed, but the I insert the key into the ignition, the door ajar light comes on, and...

Hare is a phone pic oft he screen. This car has all new jacks installed by Toyota and probably a new height sensor in the back. When I got it it's rear end was way to high so I adjusted the height by adjusting the slide on the sensor in the rear, getting the back down to about 53 or 54cm...
@PADDO, I now have a 2006 that needs a little adjustment of the pressure and height. I have the Tech-stream up and running. If you are still on here and if you feel up to it I could use a little advice on the settings :)
