Makes sense to me. Thanks! Oddly, I don’t get the clicks with adjustment.

Steering Stabilizer. Which one is King ?

Update with over 2 years on the Dobinson steering stabilizer. Up until recently, it has been great. I may have lost a wheel weight and got a wobble at about 40mph the other day so I wanted to adjust the stabilizer. Lo and behold, I found the instructions don’t talk about details on adjustments...

Love the 96 Rock plate! I miss that station. Grew up in the ATL. Upside down because the station is dead?

A few new 60 Series products

Yes, something like this: The beauty of this product, especially for 80s, is that you could replace the drooping sun visor with any sun visor.

A few new 60 Series products

The Australians have a ln “attic” above the rear view mirror where you can put a CB/Ham/UHF radio and store things. That would be a cool product that we don’t get here in the states.

    Carb Choke Resistance

I agree with both of you. I’m not using that shop again. I was able to get the grommet seated properly and was able to secure the cable housing iso g zip ties to get it into a stable position. Now it works like a charm. Zip ties for the win!

A few new 60 Series products

I’d love to see replacement rear side panels where you have options for cutouts for different size speakers and can install things like amps, compressors, and cell phone boosters out of the way.

    Carb Choke Resistance

I think I got this fixed. I used a few zip-ties to fasten the cable to the rigid brake lines off of the brake booster and it works properly now.

    Carb Choke Resistance

It’s stock AFAIK, but here is a shot of the pass through the firewall and the cable line (which is new, installed at a shop). I wonder if the grommet coming out of the firewall is the issue or if the cable housing just needs to be lined up.

    Carb Choke Resistance

I’m having an issue with the carb choke cable on my 1986 60. I can pull it out and engage the choke, but when I push it back in, it won’t disengage. I have to open the hood and manually pull the choke on the carb back to get it to idle lower. I’m not sure what the best way is to lube the cable...

Just an FYI: Fit kit that lets 60 series use Thule "Aero" feet

Thanks. Do you have the part number for this? I'd prefer the shorter version if anyone has the part number for those.

Just an FYI: Fit kit that lets 60 series use Thule "Aero" feet

Does anyone know what feet kit works for a 60 series that goes in the rain gutter? I think there’s both a high and low foot set.

Another Prinsu Roof Rack mount option

Yep, my Prinsu rack is great also, if you're not counting the mounting hardware. I spoke to a Prinsu rep this fall at Overland West up in Loveland Colorado, and he said he would take that feedback back to the company. I haven't seen any updates on this, but this is definitely the Achilles heel...
