I PMd you also..
I have a pair of LC 100 3rd Row seats from my '98 LC. Used maybe 3x times in the 19 years I had the truck.
I have a bunch of LC odds and ends including a NIB set of Doug Thorley headers that would fit your '00 LC and a set of 5 - 16" wheels w center caps.
Seats are tan, I am...
I ordered 5 of them right before Jon went out of town (04.23). Received them about a week later. I was not worried as they are still sitting in my shop waiting to be installed. I ordered 5 (need one right now).
Are you PMing him or just leaving a message on the board here?
Hoping a Mudder can help out..
I posted this in the "Toyota/Lexus Door Lock Actuator Group Buy NEW!!!
thread and have ordered 5 of the new motors from Jonathan. He thinks (and so do I) that the motor is not the only cause of the strange behavior on my truck. Posting out here so it is not...
Hope the experts can lend a hand..
My '98 100 has the developed the following issue over the past 2 months, not sure if this falls into the Door Lock Actuator issue:
- First it started locking itself after I had the truck unlocked and doors opened then closed. Not the unlock, forget to open...
Super50 - If you have access to a scanner that can read ABS codes, that may be a start. I did not have time this past weekend to go to the closest dealer to pay the $50 to have them check it. your data and mine may help APKhaos with his research project!
APKhaos - Sounds great. I PMd you back.
I just replaced the ABS Actuator / Brake Master Cyl assembly this weekend. Just posted the write up.

I have had this since new (236K miles), best vehicle I have owned.
I just replaced the ABS Actuator / brake master cyl assembly this weekend. 236K miles now DD since new.
Symptoms - ABS light and brake light on dash plus the annoying alarm out of the blue. Brakes worked for about 2 miles and then completely failed. Was able to panic stop at a stop sign...
At 211K, my Cats are still doing their job. ATLGA truck so no salt like up North.
A couple of months later and his R&D guy still does not have pricing for the Cat back? Sounds like it just is not a priority over there. A shame considering how much $ he has made on the headers with us. I...
211K on my '98. Bought it new, way fewer issues than my wife's 04 Aviator that has 104K on it.
Just breaking it in! As others have said follow the routine maint schedule and ALWAYS search on this site for tips / tricks/ and ideas that will save you time and $.
I just took two of the four key blanks to my local Toyota dealer to get cut. I always get them cut via the VIN rather than copy a worn key.
Great thing is the Toyota parts counter does not have a SKU to just cut a key. Since it is a "Denso" key, they cut them for free! 4 keys $15 and change...
My 4 shells arrived and look great. Even have the Denso part # sticker on them! Shipped from China, at that price I assume they are ignoring copyright from Denso...... Off to dealer to get them cut. Bad luck at non dealer in the past.
