I have a Bestop soft top and two piece (top+bottom) doors. The top is in excellent/minty condition, the doors are brand new (unopened box).
The top was installed on my FJ40 for a few weeks several years ago, then taken off. I couldn't quite get it back in the box. These look like they're $1,150...
For sale is a used, stock, carb and distributor rebuilt by JimC.
Rebuild was done in mid 2012 and were on an FJ60 until early this year. The FJ60 was desmogged but kept a few systems operational, including HAC, HIC, HAI and deceleration fuel cut. The vehicle was running fantastic when these...
I have a minitruck bench seat and a few other doodads I'd need to get from Fontana, CA (LA area) to Stockton, CA.
If you can help, please let me know. I can pay a modest fee for this.
These are take-outs from a 1977 FJ40 that I picked up a few years ago. Seats and sliders. They're actually in pretty good shape, although one does have a tear in the cover.
If interest I will take and post more pics.
Local pickup strongly preferred as I don't even know how I'd get these boxed...
This is a stock (I believe) alternator taken off of a 1977 FJ40. Working fine when removed. Does not have the stock pulley - the pulley is off of a NAPA alt.
$20 OBO + shipping.
This top was mounted to the vehicle, in a garage, but the vehicle was never driven with it attached.
It's essentially brand new but may be a little dusty from the mount/dismount. I can take actual pics of the top if wanted.
INCLUDES a brand new (still in the plastic) windshield mounting...
I guess that's what these are since I used something similar to lower a few 60's mustangs back in the day.
About 1.25" tall, and look well made.
Taken off the rear of a 1896 FJ60. Maybe the PO put them because they didn't have longer brake lines to go with the lift?
Not sure if anybody can...
Taken off of a 1977 FJ40. They both have holes drilled for trailer/towing (not by me). The smaller hole is clean, the larger one is hacked and looks like it was done with a welder.
$20 for the pair + shipping.
From a 1986. Chrome looks pretty good, bumperettes are a little scraped up but not broken or cracked. I can get pics if you need.
I'd rather not ship these, but will if you figure out costs.
$50 OBO each.
This is a pretty complete setup, and vehicle ran great when it was desmogged a few years ago. The "J" pipe was on less than a year (from SOR).
Let me know what you need. It'll cost shipping plus something to cover the hassle on my side.
I'll wait a short time before selling individual parts...
I got these a few years ago. I believe they came from Classic Cruisers, but you can also find them elsewhere. These were on the vehicle for year or two, but I've since switched to ProCar seats.
$30 shipped to you anywhere in the U.S. of A.
Here I'm just relating my experience buying a vehicle from Canada and bringing it back to the U.S. I know there are other threads on this, but figured I might as well add my experience to the mix.
Overall it was a pretty easy and painless process, it just took a long time. I did it all in one...
I have for sale a lift setup taken off my '77 FJ40, and installed by the P.O. Includes springs, shackles, pins, u-bolts, shocks (Rancho RS5000) and a steering stabilizer (stock?).
Best guess is that the springs are Rancho. They each have 6 leafs (no load leafs) and have "Made in Brazil" painted...
The PO gave me one of these when I bought my 40 a few years back.

Anyone know what these springs are? They are take-offs from my '77 FJ40, on it when purchased a few years ago. Recently removed and replaced with an OME suspension.
All 4 corners have 6 leafs, no load leafs. 3 of the 4 have "made in brazil" painted on the corners (paint on the 4th seems to be...
