My avatar can pick indoors or garage at night. Rotents have no way into the garage unless I screw up. The cat gets all the cat food they can eat; my avatar garage cat huts for sport and lays her kills out on the driveway. Zero signs of rodent damage under my LC or wife's LX.
...and have your VIN handy when you do your login the first time. partsouq has great prices and uses FedX for shipping...about 4 days from the Middle East to Idaho.
My motto picture says get a cat. One of ours lives in the garage and we've never had a rodent issue. If my motto catches one, she tales outside and leaves it in the drive way...guess she wants us to know she's working for her food. :)
check A+ Japanese Auto Repair in Redwood City. A "Yelp" on the internet should get what you need. They took good care of wife's Lexus prior to our moving to Idaho.
We bought our 2013 in 2017; I've been using Ravenol 75W since then with no issues.
The two Boise area dealers use 75W-90 in the transfer case; neither keep straight 75W on hand.
We bought my '13 in 2015. I read about Tundra steely's here, went to the local Toyota dealer, and bought a set of Tundra wheels that were never driven. With the taper bolts, I spent $200 out the door. I cross checked the pn for Tundra senders, and bought a set from the manufacturer in...
Why not call your local parts or service manager.
I'm sitting pretty with a TRD filter in the LC and 3 on the shelf.
PANT comes from the bulletin's title.
Toyota/Lexus in Boise uses 75-W90 in diff's and the same for the transfer case.
I used the same in the diff's, and Ravenol 75W in the transfer case. Ravenol notes that their 75W meets Toyota specs. 2 quarts with shipping runs ~ $40-50. Bottles have built-in no-spills nozzles. I bought the...
I spend around $50 for 2 quarts of Ravenol shipped to Idaho...far cheaper than buying from my local dealer, even with what they call a "discount"
Also, Ravenol comes in a plastic bottle with a nozzle you pull out...no spills. ;)
We've had an '01 for about 10 years. When I needed new glass, I simply called some high-end dealers in Boise and asked them who they use. One guy was recommended by Toyota/Lexus, Porsche, MBZ, etc. I went to him. Turns out he's a mile or so away from our house, so I've had front glass done...
My '13 LC does the same thing. Chain link around the property and a couple of Belgian Shepherds tend to keep strangers off the property. Beyond that, we're in a very agricultural neighborhood and neighbors tend to watch out for each other. As far as other factors, we're in Idaho and you'd be...
Definitely BS. Anyone in service can see what's happened to the truck since its first delivery. You can always try another dealer.
You'll see the same info if you get the VIN and take a look via the Lexus internet service page(s).
