Dear Abby:
My Cruiser is pretty much finished out except for one item: a large rectangular hole where the original radio use to reside. My new unit is locked away in a tuffy console leaving a large viewport to the wires and cables attaching the A/C unit. I have an original 2F with stock...
Dove sent (since this was originally posted here, correction should be here also).

To be fair,
Spector has responded back that they are willing to correct the situation with the union plug. I'm just tired...
I have the best running 2F motor I think possible, but it leaks oil from several unknown locations all of the time. I have replaced 2 rear seals and 3 front seals (1st one was my fault) and cannot seem to seal up the oil pan. The thing would run 90 mphs if the oil from the pan didn't blow back...
:D As the Texas weather is finally letting up from winter, meaning the tempatures are rising from the 50's back to the high 70's and 80's :flipoff2: , it was time to open up my birthday present from last year, a Bestop Supertop. I installed the rails and windshield channels, and other various...
We know what the best is, now what is the one modification you have done or wasted money on that you will you could take back.
Mine would have to be Pinnacle Springs at 4". I think the 2.5" would have been fine on 32" wheels and not so challanging to drive.
But what's the fun in that...

I am looking into winches for my FJ40 for limited offroad use. I would like a Warn, but for how little I will use it, have no intention to spend the money. I was looking on Ebay and there are 9500# winches for $350 and was wondering what you guys thought about the quality of the winches. The...
Has anyone used a universial Bendix seat belt as a replacement belt for their rig? I've seen these in Jeeps, but not in real offroad vehicles like Land Cruisers. I'm just replacing my old, nasty OEM belts with a similar 3 point strap system.
Looks like a 1976 with a camo paintjob located on the side of the road "for sale" between Spicewood and Austin on 71. Haven't seen it listed anywhere else.
Has anyone tried the IPF H4 headlight replacements? I have been looking for something to replace my cruizers' dull low beams for a while and came across this product at Man-A-Fre.
