    hi all... thx for the input, i replace the 4 brake shoes and 4 new cylinders, they are so old that i should just replace them, mud all over them i bet the previous owner went off road and that's why mud everywhere. Now no leaks and runs good, especially the brake padle feels like soft not hard...

    took it apart.. and the vent is not blocked and both of the cylinders are wet, , the entire brake shoe is soak, not a trace of oil coming from underneth the hub, so i assumed is definately from the cylinders. so i have to get 2 new shoes, and 2 new cylinders. thx all..

    24 to 12 yo, i was able to do the conversion, all dash light bulbs must be 12, alternator 12, starter, headlight. actually not much to change, you might have to change your postive starter cable to bigger gauge, as the 24V draw less current than the 12. oh, dont' forget your start relay...

    anyone regonize these steel wheels?

    wow.. clean rig. and look rust free.... , today i remove the old tires from the steel rims and found lots of rust on it, i wire brushed it and coat it with self-edge primer follow by 3 thin coats of flat black paint.. so far looks good.
