I have an '04, I have the Bilstein 5100s for 2" of lift and I run 285/75/16 Duratracs without issue.
Hubcentric seem to be the way to go but you don't need them unless you go to a 305.
some advice, if you have not:
1. installed a dif drop
2. done the "hose clamp mod"
3. gotten alignment...
I'm in Portland, you can buy mine for around $4,000, going on the block in a week or so after I finish a few things. It had a salvage title when I bought it due to a passenger side fender/door hit that was topical (I have pics). I swapped in a new fender and door, almost good as new.
