    Found it. Only broke one clip. Looks like the dumbass that I had replace this a few months back broke lots of clips. And put a cheap relay in there that failed. Initial problem was I was blowing 15 amp fuse under hood anytime a blinker of flashed was turned on ie looking the vehicle.

    Just to close the loop. Problem persisted despite changing 15a and 30a fuses. It was the trailer 7-pin relay that went bad. Above my pay grade, found a good auto electrician to track it down. 2 hrs labor and part. $180
