theyre the ones who asked otherwise i wouldnt have known. they ended up using the 2 bolts i had in a diagonal fashion and packing the drum near the door with bubble wrap to cinch it down a bit more. no issues.
and i only have 2 of the 4 shipping bolts. am i going to destroy this thing with only half the shipping bolts or should i be good to go? whirlpool duet ht is the model. professional move several hundred miles if that makes a difference.

i bought a used one (was not going to buy a new one for what they go for), dimensions were exact, slid right in, and the cabinet panels switched over from the old one to the new one with no troubles at all.
why? we just had to replace our subzero that finally got too expensive to repair at 23 years old. got another subzero in its place. those things are a workhorse.

i dont think the compressor is coming on. i've also decided this is out of my scope and have relented and called the service guy. i'm still under parts warranty, but not labor.
i'll update with the findings, and thanks to all who replied attempting to assist. :beer:
heres pictures of everything. additionally, i dont believe that the compressor is running, likely only the fan. i hope i mis-wired something and its a simple fix as long as i havent fried something.

i had turned the breaker off to replace the parts, but havent tripped it again since repowering it.
yes, it cooled fine until earlier this week, but i havent tried kicking the heat system on.
additional info: compared to my homes other unit. the unit working properly blows hot out the top, the unit not cooling does not. unit working properly the large freon line is cold, the unit not cooling is not.
