Install a proportioning valve on the brake lines? This way you can dial in pressure difference between front and rear brakes.
First, I'd check vacuum on the pump. Factory vacuum pump is a sweet setup.
Need to find the problem with good diagnostics.
Problems is with "most" shops there's not enough time allowed for correct diagnostics and you end up in a part swapping endless loop.
Great advise on this thread ...
There are inherent problems diagnostic static circuit using a meter either set on ohms or volts.
What this thread nipping at the heals of loaded voltage drop testing.
Doesn't take a lot of corrosion/ resistance to shutdown an ECU. Take a really hard look at the connectors and wires. We're looking for less than 5 ohms of resistance. Trivial to meter when testing on volts or ohms but not to a running circuit.
My 2¢ ...
Prefer Pennzoil gear oil ... bad gear oil and the tranny is scrap metal.
No problems, stock dodge setup. With these swaps never gonna line up perfect.
Disclaimer: Wasn't the original builder, just fixing mistakes and improving.
NV4500 are persnickety to gear fluid too. Ran Pennzoil full synthetic with better results. Little bit harder to find but better results. Not cheap, $20-25/q.
NV4500, there's an aftermarket fifth gear back off preventer, good to install. Good to install. If fifth gear backs off, will create mess. 4th gear direct drive. If grinds in 4th, and 5th gear still available bearing issues and your into a trans rebuild. Not cheap.
Like the nv4500, but rebuilds...
If your doing a driveline swap, IMHO, simplier to keep it complete with stock driveline t-case. Mix and matching fun but simpiler configuration sometimes easier.
Advance adapters makes a toyota t-case adapter, but my experience simpler to use the dodge factory setup.
