I took a razor knife and cut the carpet thats in there so thats its easy to take in and out or dry or wash or totally remove if I need to
Also totally that bluegray undercarpet because that stuff doesnt dry so quickly
And finally on top of the carpet I put rubber mats

Most guys are running very soft 6-8 inch lifts
LC with coils are still over $20,000 for used in Japan
I think the last 3 guys bought their used Safari's for $8000 including all the toys and lift
Simex are nice but very very soft
Most guys run them 1.5 seasons and thats it
And we run studless tires for 4 months of the year
So Simex wear out after 10,000km
$250 a tire for Simex or Swamper compared to BFG at $150

Pulled off all the AC on my truck and want to put an aircompressor on
The oil cooler is on the bottom of the radiator
Most people add an additional cooler in front of the radiator
It helps when pulling trailers or mine comes in handy when climbing up and down muddy mountains.
I put a AT cooler in for about $40 , I think it was money well spent.
All you need is a cooler(scrapyard) and a hose and some fittings and a couple bolts and a bracket....voila

-2 more screws in the back section
-4 pins to stop the front section from moving back and forth
-redo the front legs , need longer screws and maybe an L bracket to prevent side to side wobble
-paint with a gloss white
I finished cutting the plywood for both sides of the bed
Painted them and waiting for them to dry and then I 'll take another photograph

They are available in 4wd and a couple companies in Australia have modified them for beach touring loaded with Swampers.
