Ive run IPF,KS Day lighters, PIAA Dual beam and Now Lightforce HID 50 watt.So far they seem the brightest with extra lens covers to change patterns is a great option. Now i need to try Led. I have one for backup light Led Rigid DD.
Lost my air ram from the snorkel today. Might want to tighten your hose clamp some more. The wind was really high today. The pillar hides view from being able to see it. I still have my air ram on my FJ80 thats 10 years old, go figure.
My Dealer had one a couple weeks ago.I was buyer parts for my FJ. It does look better in person. If you had and ARB bumper and snorkel with rear bumper I think it would change the looks for all. I would need to sale my Suburban,FJ80 and my FJ Cruiser to afford one. LandCruiser not.
I'm now looking into the New PIAA Shock HID. I do like the FJ80 head lights very much. I did the relay with Piaa high and low beam up grade straight off the battery. Yes they are hard to beat. Although the PRO 80 do out shine them. Also the fog on them have to be the best I've seen. IPF suck on...
Thanks for your answer guys.I was in stop in go traffic on the interstate one day and the gauge moved up to 3/4 but not in the red. Also it was 90 plus degrees out. I went about 2 miles in one hour, with ac running.
I own Engel 45 with bag and slide out holder. It will be worth the purchase . You'll love it. I also bought many years ago. I have not run down my battery yet. Happy Holidays.
Nice job Corey,I will be doing the same install some day. It's Hunting Season down here in Florida.I just finished fridge slider for my Engel Frig. Now I can see what I want to get out of the frig. I can still use the back seats. Can't wait for Kaymar rear bumper though.
I'm waiting for Kaymar to come out with their bumper. I'v got one on my FJ80, dual pivot points, camp light, High Lift mount points. Receiver hitch also.
The Engel Frig is much cheaper than ARB. Your paying for the name. (ARB) I find anything over the number 1.5 is the best setting, over 2 freezes. Very little discharge from battery. Best camping or travel purchase you'll make.
I recall back when I bought my Engel 4-5 years ago, that Engel was the largest manufacturer. They make them for ARB. Best purchase you'll ever make. It's a back up frig here in Florida for Hurricane Season. You got to have one.
