    The sticky shifter is easy to fix - just pull the center console off and get in there and give it a good cleaning - I'm sure its got a bunch of debris that's made the lube harden up. Add some lube back to the gate shifter detent mechanism and it will be good. Valve cover job is typical at that...

    I've heard similar stories about customer supplied parts from my wife. It never works out as planned. Do you bring your own steak to a steak restaurant and then complain when it doesn't turn out as expected?

    I have that Icon light - over a year now. Been pretty good so far. Definitely sturdier than the Braun. That drop point has a cult like following.
