Got it. Fortunately, I didn't have to remove the seat. I just used a flat blade tip from a variable tip screwdriver and turned it with a small cressent wrench. 5 minute job, all is fine now.

It's right behind the compressor under the forward exhaust manifold. Hard to see unless you know where to look. I think the wires are in the same pigtail as those for the compressor, IIRC.

I would not touch it at all. One or two minutes running after the Hg job is complete will take care of this. Also, there is a greater than zero chance of doing harm to the cylinder walls. Reminds me of a line from the movie: Entrapment. "don't use a cannon to kill a mosquito"

Nice. I would say they need a bit of training with the phone staff. THe guy I spoke to sounded very unsure of himself, and had no resource to get assurance of what he was telling me.
