FS: [CO] CAMPTEQ Prototype 80 series pop top
I have the original pop top prototype laid out for reassembly and offing it for sale.
Only vehicle modification needed is to remove the factory roof rails if there.
1/2 price, it has been used. $2500 without current cushions
I have driven around multiple times while open, left open during the strongest storms, left out in the rain and put away wet. It has also been fitted on many trucks. It passed all the tests.
The 1st proto had a shorter lid to keep a low profile. There is room for 3/4" bed base, 2" foam, and a light sleeping bag and not much else.
Lighter weight OutDura fabric, vents very well and is quieter in the wind than others I have tested. Much like a Westfalia fabric. It is water wicking but you can rub water into it. The Outdura dries very quickly when it does get damp. The fabric is mildew and mold proof. great for warmer climate due to the breath ability of the fabric.
Lower 1/2 has been painted low gloss black to match the window trim
