we'll see. this rig is pretty nice, but its not really resto level.
it will make a solid "everything" (except towing) type of rig.
i wanted it to be ultra capable while still keeping a very stock, unmolested appearance.

wife thinks 83 style stripes look better. i had been toying with this idea myself as well.
tomorrow I layout the other stripes and see what it looks like.
i stole this from someone on Etsy. planning on superimposing it to find my layout.

If I ever get moving on my truck I was thinking about the segmented stripes like we had on our 86 4Runner. I don't like the ones on my 86 Xtra Cab.

also noted a couple of others offering on Etsy.
if i had nice paint i might bother with the decal$.
as it is ill do $50 in paint and tape.
i want to do something with my truck as well.

looking for a little input here.
little bit torn about where to actually terminate these designs.
should i run these down to the lower fender break?
the front here is already beyond the top of the "flare"
i personally think the front should be scooted forward a bit

little more. playing with an adapted tailgate design. shortened up the graphics at the wheel wells. think this looks scaled correctly.
i will probably be doing the 84-85 graphics on the other truck. that was always the plan there, thus the hood graphic

i actually drove it. nothing fell off. seems like its got a bit of a low idle thing going on.
garage is empty for the first time since march 2016.

Saweet! That looks like a nice tread pattern, I'm sure it is more open on wider tires but that looks like an aggressive tire but not too far from an A/T

did some trouble shooting today. my seat of the pants timing was within two degrees.
replaced the oxygen sensor because it was not doing oxygen sensor stuff.
have a leaky ps res hose. and since no good deed goes unpunished, the rear main is leaking.
but i took it out and scratched the paint anyway.
the pic where i backed up was on the lsd. seems very toight
