    For Sale Coming soon.....my 1977 FJ40

The original color is 532 Yellow.....I left the inside of the glove box that color so it would be there for reference. My painter was supposed to go 416 Dune Beige, but I believe he mixed it to more of a 464 Beige. I wil be asking $22,500 for the 40. Thanks,

A few "Before and After" photo's of my first 40 rebuild

I am afflicted, my wife has always joked "better than bars and women".......I found this 1977 40 on the old craigslist back in 2013, it has been listed for awhile but the PO had sprayed the vehicle inside and out with a rhino type lining. It turned off a lot of buyers but since it was solid and...

Thanks for the kind words folks, The seats do recline, and man are they comfortable. They are the Procar seats and I got the universal mounts. You have to do some small fabricating and welding ( I probably went over board) but they work great. The story on the Z car......Its a low VIN 1970...

Replacing front rotors on a 77 40, what else while I'm there...

Hey folks, I bought new front rotors and it looks like a lot of stuff has to come off to replace them......What kit do I need or parts while I'm there? Would it be the Knuckle rebuild kit seal gaskets? It's my first 40, I'm going to clean and re-pack bearings but else would ya'll...

Rookie needs help with 1977 FJ40 Hood spacing

Thanks GA, I did order the pad cushion set, I still have no idea where these round pads came from......the previous owner i bet. I have my old hood hooks but my painter forgot to paint them so I'm in limbo waiting in him. I do need the hook pads though so thanks for the link.

Thanks Guys, I was not 100% on those round pad locations or if it even had them.....but, I had them so I figured they must go on. I also had no idea about the radiator cover cushions, I will see if I can find them and get them ordered today. GA.....it appears your rig has a twin in Knoxville, TN.
