My Fj40 has been out of commission for sometime now due to a thrown rod. Rather than rebuild the thing, I was wondering if anyone has a lead on a solid 2f engine? Any help would be appreciated...I would love to get it on the road again.

I have been way to busy and not a lot of funds. No movement on this yet. The guy I bought it from in Stoddard, NH wants me to tow it up there to work on it. I haven't had anyone look at it yet to clarify what exactly is wrong with it.

I live in Saugus. I got my 77 for 8k in NH off of Craigslist. I just recently got it registered and it drives very well. Good deals can be had. Take a look at the one in western mass...it might not really "run rough.". It might just run like a 77 FJ40. If a guy on this site says a cruiser runs...
