Personally i cycle all of it a couple times a year just to keep things from getting gummed up or stuck, not sure if Toyota recommends it but common sense tells me it makes sense.

You haven’t done any damage, nothing to worry about. If you were turning at full lock and really getting on it you may have put some stresses somewhere but based on you described don’t worry about it.

Reaching way back on this one. Bought a 40 and the needle was snapped off on it but the speedo appears to still be working. End of the needle is still in there. @fireflyr what epoxy did you use and any suggestions for the reattachment? I've got to get this done to pass inspection.

I went to Muffin Muffler last week to replace a cat and muffler itself on my 100 and would absolutely recommend them, did good work and got it done pretty quickly. Kind of hidden back off behind Yost.

Finally installed my TT extended sway bar links, heck of a lot beefier than stock. As the old saying goes every quick job is a broken bolt away from a 3 day ordeal… was on track for having it done in less than an hour and when I got to my last one (DS rear) I found the bushing sleeve was rusted...

No photos but finally replaced my rotted out muffler and DS cat. Took care of the majority of my annoying rattles. Went with a flowmaster 70 and wish I had some something a little more aggressive, didn’t realize how loud my exhaust system was before.

If @KennyBob ends up passing on the doors I’m interested.

I've had the same issue on mine and in line with what @Bisho it looks like i've been trapping heat with my skid plates. Since taking the plates off I haven't had boiling, will be insulating the exhaust and gas line as was mentioned above before reinstalling the skids to see if that takes care...

You happen to have any photos of that one installed? And about what would the lead time look like? I've about 92% convinced myself.

hey @kelly saad did you end up putting this bottom one (horizontal bars) into production? Looking on a 03-05 but didn't see it on the website.
