OME install Torque specs for 2006 tacoma needed

Does anyone have the torque specs for a 2006 tacoma. I am installing OME over the weekend and need the torque specs for the bolts on the following front (sway bar link and mounts, lower & upper shock mnts, lower ball joint mount conection to spindle) and rear( u-bolts, spring hanges and shock mounts). Is there a link to a FSM that has these?

Yea I checked that one first. Any one else know of a good link to the specs?
