Bay Area of CA - - - Specialist to rebuild 1991 Toyota Landcruiser engine

Hello,

I need to have a engine rebuilt for a 1991 landcruiser.

I live in the Bay Area - -- East Bay (San Pablo), of Northern California.

Can someone point me to one or two people that may specialize in doing this, as I hope to provide it to someone who will not stumble.

I have gone down the wrong path the last month, and I'm $'s in the hole trying to trouble-shoot / diagnose. It needs a refurbished/ rebuilt engine.

I do not have skills to do this myself and need to rely on an expert.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

X2 Mudrak's and Yodaman.
I kinda view Gary Kardum as the Cruiser specialist, and Larry Kitahara as the Taco/Hilux/4runner/insane offroad buggy guy, but Mudrak's is closer to where you're coming from.
In either case, BOTH are hugely involved in the community, and all around cool guys who work hard, and produce a good product.

Check in the 80's forum, Gary of mudrak highly recommended. a bit out of the way is Georg of Valley hybrid in stockton cool guy as well.
