Anyone on here compared or have experience with the two? I am about to add some BFG AT's! Just wondering what the boards thoughts are relative to fit, mpg and ride quality. I know, search my you know what search police!!!!

This is also on my mind. I have 275/70's and I was thinking (potentially) of going to 285/65's next time round. The only issue I see at this point is that 275/70's are much cheaper, and better selection available, plus they're a bit taller.

Any thoughts from those who have had both?

I just installed 275/70/18's on our 2006 with no lift or AHC. They fit the rig perfectly with no rub and roll down the highway great. From a stop, I do notice a bit of a difference in performance but other than that I have no knowledge that they are there. Ride is a bit stiffer than the Bridgestone's they replaced which is welcomed. If I were lifting the vehicle I'd look at a slightly larger tire but the 33.2 advertised height is very nice!
