I've seen these out in Uwharrie on Daniel. The structure of the vehicle is solid because the drivers were smacking the rockers and floor on all kinds of rocks due to the less than ideal ground clearance.Also, saw this on 85 just north of Atlanta this afternoon on drive home from TN.... @SFROMAN am guessing some special ops vehicles???

That's what the marking say, vehicles 11 and 21. I was wondering if they are rigged for heavy drops, and all the attachment points for rigger lines. Testing every 10 vehicles or some fake statistical nonsense like that?My guess:
