Looks like he needs an ignition lock cylinder, and can not start his truck.

ahh the broken ignition of the 100's...... i'd go OEM with the replacement I believe the updated the design to a beefier ones.... aftermarket still seems to follow the old poor design.

They do get some 4wd toyota vans from time to time... they just sold their last one a few weeks back... only the delica's now.

Followed a newer cruiser for most of my way home from work in the 77. Pretty sure the driver was oblivious to the heritage of what was following her ....

It's a Citroen 2CV, it was France's equivalent of the VW Beetle.
