Just picked up my newest mobile mansion in the form of an 8 man Coleman tent with a $50 window unit and an electric blow up bed. I think the wifey will be pleased. Friday afternoon ain't comin' fast enough!!!

I ain't gonna argue with you about a burn ban, my source agrees with you. However, there is an "Aerial Fireworks Restriction" in effect for Fannin County as of June 26.

Now, what we need to do is contact the Fannin County Judge and see about getting a special permit or some such for the event. I'm up for a small campaign contribution, if it lets us play with fireworks. ;)

I almost wasn't going to make it, work continues to ruin my life. I managed to change flights though (lets not discuss costs) and will be there Saturday.

I need directions from DFW to the shindig, really straightforward directions too as I will be sleep deprived and stressed. Can someone PM them to me?
